All orders are carefully prepared and typically ship within 1-2 business days. Made-to-order and customized pieces may require additional processing time, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.

For your security, all shipments require a signature upon delivery. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes.

We offer a 14-day exchange policy. This means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to initiate an exchange. To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be new and unused, in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. Items that are damaged, soiled, or altered will not be accepted for exchange. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at info@tystephano.com within 14 days of receiving your item. We'll provide you with instructions on how to proceed with your exchange. Please send all exchanges to our Melrose store: Ty Stephano Atelier, 7517 Melrose Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90046. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

For full-priced items, a refund will be issued back to the original method of payment. For sale items, exchanges are eligible for online store credit only. Please note that original shipping fees are not refundable.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), intimate apparel, and final sale items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If approved, your exchange or store credit will be processed within 10 business days.
